Peaches Corner is a long time icon on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. It’s one of the oldest Myrtle Beach restaurants, built in 1937. They have a lot of memorabilia on the walls, including old pictures of Myrtle Beach that are fun to look at. They have unique coney island type fare.

Don’t miss:  “The Beach Party” Hamburger, which  is beer battered and topped with  cheese sauce, bacon, ranch , lettuce, and tomato is $6.99, The “Bruiser” is a beer battered foot long hotdog wrapped in bacon, topped with chili, cheese & onions  for $ 4.95.

Last but not least on the favorite list is the  “De Vine Burger” with cheddar cheese, fried green tomatoes and chipotle mayo.

A classic foot long chili dog is $3.99 and a kids hotdog is $2.99. The sides are extra, but well worth it.

People come in just for the fries - $ 1.99, and onion rings - $3.29. They also offer hand dipped milkshakes in fantastic flavors such as b’day cake and dreamsicle.

This Myrtle Beach restaurant is worth the trip to the boardwalk!

It’s the perfect place to grab a unique corn dog or burger and chili fries and a favorite of our Myrtle Beach Restaurants. The décor is that of an old soda fountain r ice cream parlor. Don’t look for high chairs as you most likely won’t find them. They have bar stools and seating is somewhat limited. Try to get there either before 11:30 for lunch or after 1:30. Make sure you don’t get there during prime lunch or dinner time, seating is limited and there will be a wait, but so worth it! $

Good food, friendly Myrtle Beach restaurant. They cook the food right in front of you, which kids always enjoy a good show. The early bird special is cheaper, but you also get less food. Splurge for the dinner portions and you will have another meal! $$$

On the boardwalk, ocean front next to the ferris wheel.

Landshark is part of the Margaritaville chain restaurants. It’s located on the boardwalk, ocean front so you have a great view and a nice breeze. The food is priced a little high, approx. $12 for a burger. Worth it though, the food is fantastic. They have beach music playing throughout this Myrtle Beach restaurant and the servers are very very friendly and helpful. The kids meals are around $6 and are perfect size. Great place for people watching. Inside and patio seating available. $$

Ultimate California Pizza Game Zone

Address: 959 Lake Arrowhead Road, Myrtle Beach, SC 29582

Phone: (843) 449-1160

This is good pizza at a reasonable price, they also have salads,  sandwiches &  pasta. If you’re looking for good unique pizza and a fun environment, this is the pizza place you want to come to. Myrtle Beach Restaurants best pizza joint.

A large cheese pizza will run you around $12.00, a large specialty pizza such as the “Big Sur” will cost around $16.99.  Kids meals are around $5.49 and come with a drink.

The kids may not want to eat much because there is a Huge Game room. They have a special for around $10.99 and you get a personal Pizza and a $5 card to use in the game room. If you don’t want to deal with the kids asking for money for the game room, they have other locations in Myrtle Beach without the game room, just good food. $$

Sea Captains House

Sea Captains House

Address: 3002 north ocean blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC, 29577

Phone: (843) 448-8082

If you’re looking for fresh tasty seafood, this is the place to go. Not only is the seafood fantastic, but you get an ocean view as well! The kids meals come with a drink and run about $3.99 for a grilled cheese with fries or applesauce , approx. $5.25 for a cheeseburger with fries and a kids seafood combo runs about $8.50 and comes with a salad and applesauce. Adults are going to pay more here, but it is well worth it. The Seafood platter is approx. $16.95 for the lunch portion and approx. $21.95 for the dinner portion. Stuffed flounder is on the dinner menu only and will run you about $26.95,  lately the stuffed flounder has gotten so so reviews, I might pass on the flounder if you want a perfect meal. If you go one place for seafood on your trip, save your pennies and make this the place!  Unlike other Myrtle Beach Restaurants, they don’t take reservations and they do get busy, so get there a little early for the best seat in the house and no wait. They also serve a breakfast buffet for around $8.95, hot and cold tables and a chef to cook your eggs, coffee is not included in the price. Compared to other breakfast buffets, this is a great deal with a good view. $-$$$

Tips to save Money Eating Out

  • Order water to drink, sodas and tea can cost upward of $4 a glass, after tax and tip that’s almost $20 for drinks for 4! Order water with lemon, my kids love eating the lemon or squeezing it into their water and it’s much healthier than a soda!
  • Check the local coupon books for coupons. The hotel lobby should be filled with them. I found a coupon for free nachos from Senior Frogs!
  • Look the menu up online so you have an idea what you will be ordering and spending.
  •  If the meals are large, split something! A lot of times, I will take turns splitting a meal with one of my kids. They think it’s cool and keep track of whose turn it is to split a meal with mom! You can save a bundle by splitting meals.
  • If dessert is in the budget, split those as well. They are usually too big for one person to eat after a meal anyway. This way everyone gets dessert and nothing goes to waste.
  • Talk to your kids about the menu before you go. Let them know what their options are so there’s no arguing when you get there.
  • Always check your bill to see if they put the tip on already. In many resort towns, the tip is automatically included, even on small parties. Nothing worse than getting home to realize you tipped your server almost as much as your meal cost!
  • Split an appetizer and a main dish. The appetizer is most likely a lot less than an entrée and you get to taste two dishes instead of one.
  • Make sure check to see if the restaurant has a happy hour. You can have a great for half the price in most cases. Keep in mind, happy hour specials will consist mostly of bar food, but you can fill your belly for almost half price in many cases & maybe throw in a beer or margarita!
  • Beware of early bird specials ! Some early bird specials give you half the food for just a few dollars less….NOT WORTH IT! Some are legit and you get a discount and the normal dinner portion. If you’re planning on going to a restaurant for an early bird special, call first and find out if they serve the normal dinner portions for the special price. You’ll be glad you did!
  • Lastly, make sure you either make reservations or go out to eat before or after prime time. Most of these restaurants are well known and get busy during peak meal times. Who wants to spend their night waiting an hour to get seated? Not me!

I hope you have enjoyed our Myrtle Beach Restaurants Page.
