Top 10 Must Do List for SeaWorld Orlando Florida

By Danielle Leshin

1.    Shamu Rocks is a great show; you can’t go to SeaWorld and not see Shamu.

It is a night show, so plan on making it one of the last things you do.You can reserve your seats in advance for a fee of $29.99.

To save money, just get there early to get your own seat. Chances are, you’re going to be tired from walking all day, so getting there early will give you a much needed break while you wait for the show to begin.

If you want to get wet, sit in the splash zone. Check the show schedule for exact times, this show is seasonal.

2.    One Ocean. This new multi sensory show also stars Shamu. This is an educational day show and one of SeaWorld’s best in a long time.

If you see one show during the day, this is the one. You can also reserve seats in advance for a fee of $29.99. To save money, just get there early to get your own seat. If you have the extra cash, they do offer a Dine with Shamu option which is worth it.

3.    Antarctica, Empire of the Penguin. This new attraction puts you right in the middle of all the penguin action.

A short ride thru the life of a penguin, you get to choose if you want the fast ride or the slow ride when you get to the front of the line. Next, the best part; you exit into a penguin exhibit. This place is kept at 32 degrees year round to simulate the penguin’s natural habitat.

There are approximately 250 penguins and 4 different species. This is the newest attraction at SeaWorld Orlando, so the line gets long.

Make this the first place you go in the park if this ride is on your list. While it is something you don’t want to miss, be warned, the ride has broken down a lot since it’s opening this year.
